DUAL DIAMOND PRE-MILL CUTTERS
Features twin counter-rotating diamond cutters that machine the panel edge immediately before gluing. This process completely squares the substrate and eliminates saw blade scoring or tear-out, ensuring a perfect, chip-free foundation for the edgeband.
PRE-HEAT IR LAMP
An infrared heating lamp positioned before the glue station raises the temperature of the panel edge. This improves adhesive penetration and bonding strength, particularly when working in cooler shop environments or with cold substrates.
3 PRESSURE ROLLERS
A heavy-duty pressure zone consisting of one large driven roller followed by two smaller idle rollers. This configuration applies varying pressure points to the band immediately after glue application, creating a tight, seamless bond line.
PRECISION FLAT SCRAPE
Designed to remove any residual adhesive squeeze-out or surface contaminants from the top and bottom of the panel. Features pneumatic adjustments to maintain consistent contact, ensuring the panel is perfectly clean before it reaches the buffing station.
