An infrared heating lamp positioned before the glue station raises the temperature of the panel edge. This improves adhesive penetration and bonding strength, particularly when working in cooler shop environments or with cold substrates.
A heavy-duty pressure zone consisting of one large driven roller followed by two smaller idle rollers. This configuration applies varying pressure points to the band immediately after glue application, creating a tight, seamless bond line.
