BORE TECH
Driven by closed-loop servos, the Bore-Tech ensures flawless accuracy using a heavy-duty X-axis rack & pinion along with the Y & Z-axis precision ball screws. The repositionable gantry features a pop-up locator fence & eight pneumatic clamps capable of firmly gripping material down to just 3.937 inches wide.
The carriage features an 8.5 HP vertical spindle with a 10-position ATC, plus two independent 3 HP horizontal routing spindles. Changeovers are fully automated to eliminate human error, while a material probe instantly reads panel thickness, and an integrated touch-off sensor automatically measures all tools for perfect depth control.
