The NewCNC Fuse 7 is a heavy-duty Edgebander designed for a continuous duty cycle. The first station is a double motor pre-mill section. This is especially useful when parts are cut on a beam saw as opposed to a CNC router. Station 2 applies glue to the edge of the panel and then moves to the 4-roller pressure section. Station 3 is a double motor end trim. Double motors allow much faster feed speeds and is more desirable than a single motor end trim machine. It allows parts to be run much closer together. Station 4 is a top and bottom rough trim station. Station 5 is top and bottom radius fine trim, and station 6 is top and bottom scraping, and station 7 is top and bottom buffing. Machines are configured with front spray release agent and rear spray cleaning agent. The result is a finished edge right off the machine with no need for additional processing. Like the rest of the NewCNC line of Edgebanders, the Fuse 7 uses straight forward mechanical design making adjustment simple. Use with PVC, ABS, acrylic, melamine, or wood veneer. Processing speeds up to 75 feet per minute are achievable.
