This is designed for high production with pre-mill and corner rounding. Typical uses would be commercial cabinets, closets, and work surfaces. The first station is a double motor pre-mill section. Pre-mill finish cuts the edge and leaves the perfect surface for minimizing the glue line. Station 2 applies glue to the edge of the panel and then moves to the 5-roller pressure section. Station 3 is a double motor end trim. Double motor end trim allows for closer part spacing thereby speeding production. Station 4 is a top and bottom rough trim station. Station 5 is top and bottom radius fine trim, and station 6 is double motor corner rounding, station 7 is top and bottom radius scraping, station 8 is top and bottom buffing. Machines can also be configured with front and rear mist stations. The result is a finished edge right off the machine with no need for additional processing. Like the rest of the NewCNC line of Edgebanders, the Fuse 8 uses straight forward mechanical design making adjustment simple. Use with PVC, ABS, acrylic, melamine, or wood veneer. Processing speeds up to 75 feet per minute are achievable. Copy wheels can be replaced with multi rolls for edgebanding over hinge cups without gauging.
