The NewCNC enclosure-less dust collector is designed for the collection of sawdust and is ideal for indoor use in smaller wood shops, or for more localized extraction dedicated to specific woodworking machinery. The integral mechanical shaker cleaning system increases production time by reducing labor required to maintain filter efficiency. The bags can be mechanically shaken after the fan is switched off (per NFPA guidelines).

• The filter housing supports 48 anti-static polyester filter sleeves into a tube sheet, which is mounted atop the material collection hopper that empties the collected material into plastic bags. The collector frame is made of primed and painted sheet steel. The material handling fan is rated for S1 duty cycle (continuous running).
• The filters are rated at 1 micron and 99.9% efficiency.
• The capacity of this 10 HP collector is 5000cfm rated at 8.1” water pressure.
• Features a low noise blower @ 80-dba. (Below the recommended 85-dba for 8-hour exposure.)

5HP, 220V, 60Hz, Single phase

High static air pressure system for CNC, sanding, and other fine dust applications. Includes modular stacking filter system with efficiency gauge to alert the operator for cleaning. Full-welded, steel cyclone separator captures and removes fine dust and bulk debris from the airstream to provide continuously high suction power and reduce filter maintenance downtime. Waste disposal configuration 1 x 60 gallon.
The main connection to the NewCNC machine is 8” and we recommend 1570 CFM.
